Take note Ohio lawmakers.....we in rural Ohio are saying no to large scale wind and solar facilities. Ohio has 88 counties so it will take a while for all of them to wake up and get on board, but 10 is a great start. It usually takes a few brave souls to get the ball rolling and then others will stand as well.
